Vinukkuttan goes for his first day out....having completed three months....we go to the park near Alain City Centre where Nandukkuttan usually goes for rides on the 'goda'(horse) and 'battatte'(butterfly)....unfortunately the park is crowded and we spend some time on the lawns created outside with the breeze wafting slowly....Vinukkuttan takes a small walk in his pram...he is wide awake and seems to be enjoying..but on the way back, hubby stops at the laundry, finds the launderer out and hence we have to wait there awhile...Vinukkuttan starts crying as he feels stuffy inside the car..even though the a/c is switched on\][, the outside temperature is very high...

Here I am...Today my Vinukkuttan completes his third month in this world...he sleeps in his cradle blissfully unaware of the difficult world that awaits him...here he lies with an innocent smile on his face.....Nandu still continues with his pranks and his dictionary has widened to include more words uttered with incoherence yet dripping with a sweetness that only a child can emulate....

I, Me, Myself....
Hi..Welcome to my niche...actually I have no doubt that mine would be the most boring blog on earth!!! what else can u expect from a housewife and mother of two kids that keep her on her toes all the while??? still, I believe something is better than nothing..hence here I am armed with pens, pencils and crayons (oops!!! I forgot I am in the e-age!!), with my notebook and my brain searching for those small things in my mundane life that I can record somewhere so that my kids can access them when they grow up...:)...
Get, set, go!!!
Dear blog (like they say, dear diary)..so I finally embark on the task of putting down into words the sparkling as well as the dull moments in my life...and here comes my elder son, Nandu, my sweetie-pie, my angel, but wait, what do I see in his hands?!! ...oh! no! my innocent little lamb has a not-so-innocent smile (is smirk the word for it) on his cherubic face and he's doing a juggling act with a glass of water in his hands, threatening to drop the contents on my laptop( is my hubby listening to this?!!) and I quickly put on the mask of a strict mom...a spanking here, a pinch there and lo! my lamb turns in to a lion!! Finally, I have to gather all my wits and lure him out of the room with a (no,no, I knew you would think of a chocolate or an ice-cream or something mouthwatering, but all the delicious eatables fail to attract my baby)`Tom and Jerry CD....:)....he is not of a destructive nature, mind you, only that he thinks my laptop is one of those battery-operated toys that his dad gets for him when he returns from his very frequent tours.....meanwhile I get back to my unfinished work...Another day full of mundane activities...Nandu slowly catching on to words and sentences....My three month old son, Vinay Mohan, my cutie-pie, tugs at the strings of my heart with his round face, bead-like eyes, sweet smile and his antics..he is making fervent efforts to turn on his back...whenever I see him I am reminded of my Dad (my son is named after my Dad , Mr. Mohana Sundaram ) who recently left us for his heavenly abode...no, I still am not able to come to terms with that...I wish and believe he has gone off on a long vacation...My dad used to turn into another kid in the presence of Nandu with whom he spent long hours..I wish he were with us to see Vinay and play with him...
